Carmen Evelyn Cuneo, CPA, District Governor (5890), 2018-2019, US Section Chair for the Russia United Stated Inter-country committee. Cuneo has traveled to Russia several times on Friendship and Cultural Exchanges and reciprocated hosting several Russian delegations to Houston. As District Governor, Cuneo made peace a priority. She coordinated a two-day peace builder program for youth, training 200 students to be peacebuilders of the future. Cuneo is a Level 2 Major Donor.
