Daniel Cano is Colombian peace-builder, who works for the Kroc’s Institute monitoring the peace process in Colombia. Daniel is a 2015 graduated of the Uppsala University with a M.A in Social Science. He has a wide experience developing public policies and social programs for vulnerable population in countries such as Colombia, Brazil and Peru. He worked as an advisor for the Colombian Agency for Reintegration and for the Secretary of Security of MedellĂn. Daniel was also awarded with the “Rotary Peace Fellow Scholarship”. Daniel holds a B.A. in psychology and studied the psychological profile of child soldiers forced recruited by guerrilla groups in Colombia.
