Dr. Dennis Spurgin has been writing TRF (The Rotary Foundation) Grants successfully for ten years. One Matching Grant and four Global Grants have assisted in creating Project Peanut Butter in the Philippines, Malawi, Sierra Leone and Ghana. He is now writing a TRF Global Grant for the Ivory Coast. Dr. Spurgin has been a Rotarian for 30 years. He has also been the president of two Rotary Clubs. He is a past Dean of Chiropractic Education at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and has been in private practice in Palm Springs, Ca. for almost 30 years.
