Richard Randolph MD is a family physician and a retired US Army Colonel with two combat tours in the Middle East.   He is the Chief Medical Officer of Heart to Heart International and works extensively in the developing world.  This includes responses to many natural disasters including earthquakes, tropical storms and tornados.  He has established Cholera Treatment Centers in Haiti and served as the Chief Medical Officer for an Ebola Treatment Unit in Liberia.
