Laura Neuman, Director, Global Access to Information Program, The Carter Center

Laura Neuman directs Carter Center transparency, justice and good-governance programming. Ms. Neuman developed the women and the right of access to information program and the innovative access to information implementation assessment tool. She serves as a member of the International School of Transparency, the Transparency Advisory Group, an advisory member of the Open Democracy Advice Centre and Freedominfo.org. Previously, she was an attorney at Legal Action of Wisconsin.
