Lynn Cole is CEO of the BRDGES Academy (Building Resolutions for Disputes Globally with E-learning Strategies) which globally and online trains core intercultural competencies for conflict resolvers.  As a full-time domestic and international mediator and trainer who is Harvard and Florida trained, she is certified in Florida and by the International Mediation Institute (“IMI”).  She has served as a USAID Mediation Specialist, living in Bulgaria, Jordan, Kosovo, and Sri Lanka, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Mediators Beyond Borders.
