Past District Governor MIKE CARUSO is a member of the Rotary Club of Newberg, Oregon.  He is currently serving as the District 5100 Peacebuilder Clubs Committee Co-chair and the as the District Rotary Peace Fellowship Subcommittee Chair.  He served as co-coordinator of 10 hands-on projects sponsored by his Club in Guatemala.  He has visited and worked with Rotary Clubs and Rotarians in Cyprus, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon and Turkey on various peace-related projects.
