Opal Singleton
Opal Singleton is the President and CEO of Million Kids. A 501©3 nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping kids safe from predators. Million Kids serves as the Training Outreach Coordinator for the Riverside County Anti Human Trafficking Task Force through the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department through a BJA Department of Justice grant.
Opals has educated more than 250,000 government and individual leaders about labor trafficking, sex trafficking, sextortion, child pornography, and social media exploitation. She is the author of “Seduced: The Grooming of America’s Teenagers” and often appears on television and radio talk shows across the U.S.
Opal is an Instructor at the USC Sol Price Safe Communities Institute and a Co-Instructor at USC School of Social Work for the Los Angeles Police Department LEAD program. She is also an Instructor at Los Angeles Fire Leadership Training Academy. She also is an Instructor for the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit. Opal serves on the California Baptist University Deans Advisory Board for Global Social Justice Outreach and on the Board of Directors of Rapha House International serving sex trafficking victims in Cambodia, Thailand and Haiti
Opal is the host of two radio shows. KTIE 590AM broadcasts “Exploited: Crimes and Technology” on AM Radio throughout Southern California each Saturday at 3:00 P.M. Opal also hosts a global radio show “Exploited: Crimes Against Humanity” every Thursday at 7 AM PST to 170 countries on Voice America Variety Channel. Simply stated, Opal cares deeply about keeping kids (and their families) safe from predators.
